The murder of Michael Boschetto32 years old, took place on April 27, 2024 in Villafranca Padovana. The investigations are closed. Giacomo Friso is accused of aggravated murder. Only now does an element come that could undoubtedly prove its guilt. Michael’s father had access to his smartphone and found some images here. Perhaps his son was not yet dead while Giacomo Friso, he was having a video-warfare with his cell phone he had taken from his pocket after stabbing him four times.

The reconstruction

At the thirty in the morning of April 26 Giacomo Friso, 34 years old, went to his friend’s house, Michael Boschetto. They had had contrasts in the past, but the reason for the blows against the door of Boschetto first with the bike and then with his hands is not clear. Boschetto wakes up and descends. The two hit. Friso returns home. He takes care of the wounds and returns armed with a knife. Between half past half in the morning and you are the mortal aggression. Boschetto is out, waiting for the girlfriend who has to get from work, he called her just before. Friso hits him in the face and chest.

The video

At this moment the attacker takes the victim’s cell phone and makes a video as if nothing had happened. In the video it seems indifferent. In the days preceding the murder, he did not sleep and went around the streets of the town also armed. A police inspector who lives close to him stops him that night.

The smartphone

The investigators had found the phone and had seized him without being able to open it. Michael’s father made it back to which he had been returned. Attempting to find messages, calls or other to reconstruct the last hours of the child’s life, he came across the alleged killer in the few seconds of the video. The video could be acquired as proof of the accusation. The process is expected for September 11.
