Kyson Longo, 12, was attacked by Kings Mill’s apartment complex at Essex of Baltimore last Friday. The perpetrators, all under the age of 13, treat charges as minors. The violent attack was recorded in a video and published online, showing Cason to accept punches, kicks, falling to the ground and pulling his pants.
