It is the moment when a young woman gives birth to her child in a rather unusual place, in an underground passage of subway in Kiev Of Ukraine.
Police heard the 23-year-old screaming and ran to see what was happening. They found the young woman giving birth, brought her blankets and water and called the doctors.
“We went to the underpass and heard some screams. We went to the spot. “We helped the woman giving birth and called an ambulance,” said a police officer.
Mother and baby are now in the hospital and are in good health. “Such emergencies are rare, but we are police and therefore ready to assist in any situation,” Ukrainian police said in a statement.
There were jokes on social media that the baby’s name should be related to the subway or that it should be available for free on the subway for the rest of his life.
This is not the first time a baby has been born in the subway Kiev, according to the BBC. Police and staff helped give birth to a baby girl at a station in 2014.
