A Queens teacher who was fired for refusing to get a COVID vaccine and then vindicated in court says she still can’t get into her school. Dafni Chalkias, a single mother of four and an educator for nearly 30 years, told the New York Post that she “did everything right” in her case and is now “kind of disgusted” that they continue to harass her. “I’m not a criminal and yet they make me feel like I’m breaking the law,” said Halkias, 55, after being removed from PS-85 in Long Island City.
