Cooler Master has announced the sale of the HAF 700 EVO case, which it says “demonstrates an innovative level of design in a futuristic visual presentation.” The new model is called the flagship of the HAF series.
Good ventilation is attributed to the advantages of the case – the designers paid special attention to this aspect, which is understandable if you remember that the name HAF means High Air Flow, that is, high air flow. The 666 x 294 x 626 mm case can accommodate up to 18 fans in a Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, ATX, E-ATX, SSI-CEB, or SSI-EEB board. On top it can be two 200mm or three 140mm or six 120mm fans, in the front – two 200mm or three 140mm or 120mm, in the back – two 120mm, on the bottom – three 140mm or 120 mm, on the side – three 140 mm or four 120 mm. In LSS configurations, two radiators up to 360 mm long or one radiator up to 420 mm long can be placed on top, up to 420 mm long on the front, up to 240 mm long on the rear, up to 420 mm long on the bottom, up to 420 mm long on the side 480 mm.
The case accommodates a power supply up to 200 mm long. The maximum allowable length of expansion cards is 490 mm, the height of the CPU cooler can be up to 166 mm. The design provides for the installation of up to 12 drives of standard size 3.5 or 2.5 inches.
The I/O panel has a USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C port connector and four USB 3.2 Gen1 (3.0) connectors, as well as audio jacks.
The description notes that the assembly and disassembly of components in the HAF 700 EVO does not require the use of tools. An interesting feature of the case is the rounded LCD display on the front panel, decorated with full-color LED backlight.
Sales of the HAF 700 EVO in Russia should start in April 2022. The recommended price is $500.
