An employee of the Department of Internal Security of USA and former Palestine Liberation Organization spokesperson Nejwa Ali is placed on leave after praising the Hamas attacks and he said: “Go home Israel, we are ready for your destruction”. Nejwa Ali, 36, worked for US Citizenship and Immigration Services in 2019 before transferring to Homeland Security earlier this year and was placed on compulsory leave on Wednesday, after her controversial story was revealed.
In her earlier social media posts, it was also revealed that she previously served as the representative of the Palestine Liberation Organization delegation to the US – a group led by Yasser Arafat – which they had called a terrorist organization American officials.
In a recent post, Ali shared a picture of paratroopers armed with AK-47s with the caption “Free Palestine”, glorifying the Hamas men responsible for killing more than 1,400 people in Israel. The Daily Wire uncovered the disturbing posts Ali made, including an earlier post she described as disgusting the privileged position of some Israelis and Americans. “I hold every Israeli responsible for the actions of their government if they do not speak out against it Israel“, he wrote characteristically.
It is unclear how Ali was recruited into government roles due to her troubling past positions and ties to the PLO. “USCIS strongly condemns anti-Semitism and the use of violent rhetoric in any form,” USCIS spokesman Matthew Burke told Newsweek. “USCIS employees are held to high ethical standards both on and off duty, including in their social media presence. Any breach of these standards is taken seriously by the agency.”
The Daily Wire contacted Ali who responded angrily when asked about her past. “This is none of your business. Mind your own business before I call the police. If I were you, I would respectfully hang up the phone right now,” he is quoted as saying.
In her posts, Ali claimed that all the Israelis they should be held accountable for their government’s actions if they do not condemn Israel. “Israeli, American privilege is disgusting. When Israelis acknowledge that the government and military are solely responsible for the attack,” he wrote. “I consider Mre Israeli responsible for the actions of its governments, IF he does not speak against Israel.”
Additionally, on October 9, Ali shared a Facebook post titled “How Nejwa wakes up,” along with a video captioned “Gah…. Israel and every Jew who supports Israel.” He posted a photo declaring: “A nation that has nothing but Allah has everything it will ever need,” along with an anti-Semitic caricature of a Jewish nose, according to Daily Mail.
