UPS: Acquires healthcare logistics services group Bomi Logistics

UPS announced today its plans to acquire Bomi Group, a leading multinational healthcare logistics provider operating internationally. By acquiring the Bomi group, UPS Healthcare will add to its ownership, new facilities in 14 temperature-controlled countries and nearly 3,000 new highly specialized staff in the European and Latin American markets.
