The US government is expected to announce an additional $ 750 million in military aid to Ukraine as early as Wednesday, two US officials familiar with the matter told Reuters.
The equipment will be funded through the use of a special Presidential Drawdown Authority (PDA), with which the US President can authorize the transfer of equipment and services from the US without the approval of Congress in the event of an emergency, according to the agency.
One of the officials said that the final decisions are still being made about the final mix of equipment.
