US Judge Order DISCLOSURE OF DOCUMENTS ON PRINCE HARRY VISA

In the United States, a federal judge ordered documents related to Prince Harry’s visa request to live in the American territory to be released until Tuesday (18), according to the British portal Sky News.

The Duke of Sussex is accused of omitting information on drug use to get the document, which allows him to live in California.

Heritage Foundation, a conservative US study group, filed a lawsuit against the US government in 2023 to find out if Harry acted according to the visa procedure. According to the United States Immigration Law, evidence of drug use in the past may be reason for rejecting a request.

In the biography launched in January 2023, “What’s left,” the British prince admitted to using cocaine, smoked marijuana and experienced magical mushrooms. Harry, who moved to California with his wife, Meghan Markle in 2020, after moving away from real duties.

Last year, before returning to the US presidency, Donald Trump suggested the Duke of Sussex to lie about drug use in his visa order form. None about this proof has been presented so far.

According to the Republican, the authorities would have to take the “appropriate measures” on the matter. Trump added that Harry should not receive special treatment because he is a member of the British royal family.

However, in February this year, the US president ruled out the idea of deporting the prince. In an interview with The New York Post, Trump said he would leave the duke “in peace.”

The president also criticized Meghan Markle, stating that Harry already had enough problem with his wife. “She’s terrible,” said Trump.
