US: Major setback from Iran on reviving its nuclear deal

In fact, he mentioned that the US sent its own response to it “final offer” of the European Unionas in the event that an agreement is reached, then any new text that will be drawn up will be based on this “offer”.

The “adjustments” of Tehran

Iran, which from the first moment expressed a positive opinion in favor of the EU proposal, announced that the USA had indeed responded, with the representative Nasser Kanani, to report that “this afternoon, Iran received the American response through the European Union. Scrutiny of the response has begun in Tehran. The Islamic Republic of Iran will convey its opinion to the EU, as the coordinator of the talks on the nuclear issue, after the completion of its review.”

According to the US, Iran has made concessions on key points, rekindling hopes for a reset of the 2015 international deal.

It is noted that the negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program, which began 16 months ago, were suspended and then resumed at the beginning of August, are aimed at saving the agreement reached between Tehran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council (China , USA, France, Britain, Russia) and Germany.
