US-NATO: Biden-Stoltenberg meeting at the White House

The president of USA, Joe Biden and his National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan to meet today (2/6) at the White House with his Secretary-General NATO, Jens Stoltenbergas announced by the representative of the White House, Karin Jean-Pierre.

Hours earlier, the NATO secretary-general had said he would invite top officials from Sweden, Finland and Turkey to Brussels in the coming days for a meeting on Ankara’s opposition to the two Nordic countries joining the North.

“I am in close contact with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the leaders of Finland and Sweden,” Stoltenberg told a news conference in Washington after meeting with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
