Paul Pelosi, an executive in the field of financial capital investment, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after he was involved in a two-vehicle crash in California’s so-called Wine Country in May. According to police, the Porsche driven by Pelosi collided with a Jeep vehicle when it attempted to cross a major highway. No serious injuries were caused by the vehicle collision.

As part of a settlement agreement reached with prosecutors in the case, Judge Joseph Solga yesterday accepted Paul Pelosi’s guilty plea to simple misdemeanor counts of causing injury while under the influence of alcohol.
