Lawyers for the Trump family are trying to prevent The testimony of the former US president and his children before the prosecutor, according to sources in the New York state court, writes Reuters. The news of the summons was first reported by the New York Times, citing a person who knows the case.
Last month the former president of the United States sued James, in order to block the investigation into the Trump Organization, accusing the Democratic prosecutor of partisan politics, is broadcast by APE BPE.
James is investigating whether the company used fraudulent tactics to obtain Bank loans and ensure tax exemptions.
