US reports drone and cruise missile movement from Iran, sources say

The United States has observed Iran moving military assets internally, including drones and cruise missiles, signaling that it is possibly preparing to attack Israeli targets from within its own territory, according to two sources familiar with American intelligence.

It is unclear whether Iran is preparing to attack from its soil as part of an initial attack, or whether it is positioning itself to try to prevent Israel or the United States from carrying out a possible counterattack on its territory.

One of the sources said the US observed Iran preparing up to 100 cruise missiles.
