The United States has warned Moscow of a “blacklist” of Moscow that includes the names of Ukrainians who will be killed by Russians if they invade the country, according to an official letter in its possession. AFP yesterday Sunday.

Troop movements to the border have been observed since Wednesday, the official said.
Washington has been warning for weeks that Moscow is looking for a pretext at the border to invade Ukraine. On Sunday, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken reiterated that “everything” shows that Russia is on the verge of invasion.
