While airing the details of the meeting, the news also claimed that US Commerce Secretary Raimondo highlighted the importance to American businesses and workers.
The news also noted the discussion of policy makers on issues surrounding US-China trade ties and challenges facing US companiesas well as areas of potential cooperation.
At the beginning of the week, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BPI) of the US Department of Commerce. Removed 27 Chinese entities from its list of unverified entities, removing sanctions against such entities and hopes were raised that ties between the US and China would improve.
