US Senator meets man deported by mistake in El Salvador

“I called his wife, Jennifer, to convey his love message. I look forward to providing a complete update when returning,” he added.

The Maryland Democrat traveled to El Salvador to meet Abrego Garcia, but told reporters early in the day that he had been “standing for soldiers at a three -kilometer control post” from the famous Cecot prison, where Vago Garcia is detained.
