US: Teen shoots girlfriend in the head three times after she asks him for a break up – ‘You have to die’, he told her

The mother of the teenager emphasized that she had not seen any signs that caused her concern in her daughter’s relationship with the 14-year-old. “I didn’t know he had a gun in his possession”he said characteristically.

When the 14-year-old told the young man that she wanted a divorce, he forced her to turn off her cellphone and opened fire on her. He told police he was upset over a Snapchat post and her desire to end their relationship after about a year.

According to the case file, the victim “beg for life” of him, but he answered: “you must die”before shooting her at least three times in the head.

The 14-year-old, miraculously, as reported by the police, managed to survive and escape, asking for help from a passing motorcyclist.

The assailant fled the scene, but was later located at his home. The weapon he used was found, as well as his bloody clothes and shoes.

The 14-year-old is facing charges of first-degree murder and gun possession. Bail has been set at $500,000 for his release, and the trial is expected to begin on January 18. He is charged as an adult.
