Washington announced today that 75% of the 80 million doses vaccines against Covid-19 promised by USA to be distributed to foreign countries, will be distributed through the Covax mechanism.
“Today, the government announces the framework for distributing these 80 million doses of U.S. vaccines worldwide,” the White House said in a statement.
“At least 3/4 of the doses that will be given will be distributed through Covax,” he added.
Washington also detailed the countries to which the first 25 million doses of vaccine will be given.
