Mayor Lori Lightfoot was demanded by police on Monday Chicago to change the rules of engagement during the persecution of suspected pedestrians by its members, after 13-year-old died from fire police officer in such a chase a week ago.
Adam Toledo was shot in the chest by an unnamed police officer at around 2:30 a.m. March 29 in Little Village, West Side, according to the Chicago Police Department (CPD). .
