At least 46 people were found dead inside a truck tug in Texas, the head of the San Antonio Fire Department said during an emergency press conference.
“We have received 46 bodies so far,” said Charles Hood, adding that sixteen irregular migrants – twelve adults and four children – had been admitted to hospitals “consciously”. Among the dead, Mr. Hood stressed, there are no children, but many of the victims according to the information he gave were teenagers and young people.
