White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said the division of the territory between Ukraine and Russia has been part of discussions between the United States and the Ukrainians, but was reluctant to give details before the US President Donald Trump’s connection with his Russian colleague Vladimir Putin on Tuesday (18).
