For the first time in fifty years, in the United States, the House Intelligence Commission, in Congress, has organized a hearing on UFOs. Because, while it may not be aliens, there are unidentified aerial phenomena that US military pilots have observed and reported many times, and which may represent powerful weapons in the hands of enemies.
“For too long the stigma of the UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomenawhich, unlike UFOs, the Unidentified Flying Object, do not presuppose the existence of an “object”) prevented serious analysis, “explained Democratic MP André Carson. “The pilots who brought them back were teased. But they are a potential threat to national security and as such they must be treated “.
The Pentagon, in recent years, has confirmed the authenticity of videos they show aircraft traveling at speeds and maneuverability superior to known aeronautical technologies. US intelligence officials have found no evidence that the unidentified aerial phenomena the pilots speak of are alien spacecraft, but at the same time they cannot explain the unusual movements of these objects, nor can they definitively rule out extraterrestrial explanations.
Former President Trump had already signed the Intelligence Authorization Act to ask the Pentagon for a report on the UAP, precisely to verify whether the enemies of the United States have developed weapons that endanger national security. Officials found that the overwhelming majority of over 120 “unidentified aerial phenomena” of the last two decades – observed by the Navy, Army and Air Force – he did not belong to any American army or other advanced government technology.
And now it has also been talked about in Congress, where intelligence representatives Ronald Moultri and Scott Bray showed a video in which they can be seen illuminated triangles in the sky: it could be, optical illusions or sensor errors. Not many believe in extraterrestrials: many, however, speculate that the nation’s enemies have developed new lethal weapons, especially now that Ukraine has been invaded.
The public began to question the nature of UFOs around 1947, when a pilot of a small plane reported seeing nine “flying saucer-like” objects flying at supersonic speed near Mount Rainier in Washington state. A newspaper article was written from his account about “flying saucers” and, in the following months, many more sightings were reported in the United States. But, so far, no one has yet discovered the truth, and these “aerial phenomena” remain “unidentified”.
