USA: Only 42% Joe Biden’s popularity – new low

Only 42% of respondents to a poll (NPR / Marist poll) approve of Joe Biden’s work in the presidency, according to the online political news newspaper The Hill.

This is Biden’s lowest popularity in the same poll since he was sworn in in January.

The new rates have become known as the Biden government seeks to address the problem of price increases.

The US economy is facing a demand for products from consumers, which businesses can not serve.

The government has sought to reverse the rise in gasoline prices by disposing of fifty million barrels of oil from US national reserves.

However, experts in the field of energy state that it is not clear how this move will directly affect the prices at gas stations.

According to the poll, the most important economic issues that concern voters are inflation at 39%, wages at 18%, reduction of labor at 11%, gas prices, but also the unemployment rate , at a rate of 9%.

Fifty-two percent of Americans disapprove of Biden’s handling of the economy, compared with 42 percent who approve. In April, the US president’s approval rating for the economy was 54%.

The poll took part in 1,048 adults, which took place from November 16 to 19.

The margin of error of the poll was determined at 4.2 percentage points.
