USA: Police kill man who branded a police dog’s head

A suspect from Arizona of USApointed his pistol at head of a police dog, and the police opened fire. The man fell dead from the policemen’s bullets.

The Tucson Police Department released a statement camera footage of a police officer on Tuesday, showing a man aiming a pistol at a K-9, as the dog has it grab by the leg and tries to him immobilize. The police officers when they saw the man pull out a gun and point at dog he does not hesitate to open fire and kill the suspect, whom the authorities were looking for arrest warrant on a felony count of home invasion and bank robbery. Many agencies review the material to determine whether the deadly use of force was justified in the case.

49-year-old Francisco Javier Galarza was spotted entering one convenience store at noon on August 25, with policemen to attempt to immobilize him at parking and the suspect fleeing. Then the policeman Barry Peterson, instructs the dog named Kirko to chase and immobilize the suspect.
