One of the victims is hospitalized in critical condition, while the rest are stable, according to the police. No arrests have been made.
The shooting occurred inside the Dior Bar & Lounge, a police spokesman said, according to the Associated Press.
The mayor of Baton Rouge called the shooting “a senseless act of violence that will not go unchecked.”
