Millions of Americans in the central and eastern states will face blizzards, freezing temperatures and rain through Monday, the US National Weather Service (NWS) warns. The governors of Kentucky and Virginia have already declared states of emergency for the coming storm. NWS meteorologist Rich Bunn said the severe weather will affect more than 60 million residents.
