The Supreme Court of the United States, dominated by the conservative wing, temporarily approved Monday by President Donald Trump’s plan to dismantle the Federal Ministry of Education, as well as to drastically reduce his staff. In March, the Ministry of Education announced nearly 50% of its employees, before Donald Trump signed an executive decree ordered by the Minister, Linda McMaon, to begin the process of eliminating the “forever”. The plan was eagerly awaited and praised by the American Right, but requires Congress’s approval. Some twenty states and trade union bodies of the teachers’ representatives appealed to justice against these decisions, arguing that the government violated the principle of the discrimination of powers and violated Congress’s privileges. Federal Judge of Boston (northeast) gave them right in May, deciding on a temporary suspension of the Presidential Decree and ordering the redefinition of hundreds of employees fired.
