US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan spoke about the importance of stability in the Eastern Mediterranean during a telephone conversation with Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin. According to a White House statement, the two sides exchanged views on a number of regional issues, including maintaining stability in the Eastern Mediterranean.
