USA: The son of the infamous baron “El Chapo” agreed to confess his guilt

New York’s justice has decided to archive the third series of persecution – mainly for drug trafficking – against Ovid Gusman, son of the infamous Cartel Sinaloa leader, Haokin “El Chapo” Gusman. The ruling was taken in the context of an agreement, on the basis of which Ovid accepts his guilt and avoids a trial, according to official documents. Ovid Gusman was considered one of the four sons of Tsapo, known as “Tsapitos”, who undertook to command Sinaloa cartel. He signed an agreement on Monday, June 30, saying he would “declare guilty”. Thus, prosecutors at the Manhattan Regional Court of Appeal abandoned the prosecution yesterday, especially for a criminal organization, drug trafficking to the country and money laundering, leaving a court responsibility for the handling.
