The US Supreme Court approved on Thursday the expulsion of eight irregular migrants to southern Sudan, in a ruling that comes just ten days after legalization of expulsions of immigrants without documents to third countries. They are two nationals of Myanmar, one of Vietnam, one by Laos, two of Cuba, one by Mexico and one by South Sudan, who were deported in May by the US authorities. However, they were held until yesterday on a US military base in Djibouti, after suspending the deportations of the species, arguing that the eight stakeholders were not adequately given time to question the ruling in justice. Ten days ago, the leading body of the US judicial system, in which the Conservatives are crucial, was in favor of deporting irregular migrants to third countries.
