The National Agency for Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan (NAPP) announced that the Tashkent company Heemera became the fifth participant in the crypto sandbox and received a license to operate under a special legislative regime.

Heemera positions itself as an international provider of blockchain analytics, blockchain education, risk insurance, and compliance services. The company promises to help clients recover crypto assets lost due to fraudsters. Heemera plans to make money by monitoring transactions, tracking the movement of digital assets, and studying addresses with suspicious activity on the network.

50% of the company belongs to businessman Sherzod Abdulkasimov, the other half to Artem Klimenko, who is listed as the general director.

In the spring of 2024, the NAPP granted a license to operate as a cryptocurrency depository to Japan DXT and the Token.uz platform, created by the company “Unified Integrator – UZINFOCOM”. Earlier, the National Agency for Promising Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved the rules for the operation of cryptocurrency mining pools.
