This was reported at the DC Blockchain summit, Governor Viooming Mark Gordon and Executive Director of the Wyoing Stayblemin Anthony Apollo (Anthony Apollo). The WYST launch will be controlled by the Wioming Steabelcoin Commission, which previously entered into a partnership agreement with Layerzero for token.
The commission stopped at the Layerzero Omnichain Fungible token standard, since it will allow WYST to function in several blockchains without interruptions. This should reduce safety risks, and users will be able to move WYST between networks regardless of centralized bridges. The test transaction showed that Wyst moves between the Ethereum and Avalanche using Stargate – Layerzero -based bridge. However, transfers from WYST will be able to support any compatible interface.
Now the tokens do not have real value, but they need to be tested in order to make sure of the correct operation of the system before the official launch, the commission explained. WYST will be redundant in cash and treasury securities of the United States – reserves will exceed the total number of tokens issued. Excessive support is aimed at maintaining the price stability of WYST and strengthening public trust in it. The interest received from these reserves will be transferred to the Wioming school fund.
“Weiming has become the leader in the use of blockchain technology. We are ready to introduce financial innovations to become an example for other states and the federal government, ”said Mark Gordon.
Last year, the Governor of Wyoming signed a law on decentralized non -commercial non -profit associations (Duna), expanding the powers of DAO. Decentralized organizations will be allowed to position themselves as a limited liability company.
