After the Christmas preview, finally the Aymavilles castle, in Valle d’Aosta, officially (and definitively) opens its doors to the public. After years of renovation, the ancient manor returns to shine, and to celebrate the grand opening, Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 May, the entrance to the castle and the park will be free.
A special occasion to discover the beauty of this magnificent medieval and baroque residence up close, made even more suggestive by the presence of characters dressed in the clothes of the time. A real leap into the past, enlivened by numerous activities for young and old:
Saturday 14 May: 10, 11 and 12
The Kamishibai Theaterfor children up to 10 years old, is a form of Japanese show in which the illustrations are accompanied by stories and sound effects, referring to the graceful and refined oriental-setting skits depicted inside the castle.
Saturday 14 May: 3pm, 4pm and 5pm
The Fairy tales of the Castle they are dedicated to children from 0 to 10 who, in the shade of the fir trees, will participate in the narration of the story The magical sand castlespecially conceived and dramatized for the castle of Aymavilles.
Sunday 15 May: 10, 11 and 12
- The Musicattoli is a fun workshop dedicated to two age groups (3-5 and 6-10 years), where children can build their own sound toy by themselves.
- The Riddle Castlefor children aged 3 and up, is a puppet show whose protagonist crosses woods and castles in search of a special prize.
