An armed group stole a Hemorio van, which was full of medical equipment, last Tuesday (5), in the Port Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The case was registered at the 17th DP (São Cristóvão). The driver was not injured.
In the action, around six armed suspects approached the driver of the Hemorio van, whose identity was preserved, at Elevado do Gasologista, near the Gentileza Terminal. According to the employee, he was heading towards Avenida Francisco Bicalho, when he noticed the unusual movement of the criminals.
After being approached, he was forced to get out of the car and realized that he was surrounded by five other criminals. According to police information, the van is a white Sprinter, license plate LQW 1912.
The Civil Police continues with a series of measures to identify the perpetrators and clarify the case, and asks for people’s collaboration by reporting to Hotline, 2253-1177.
