Varvaresos: Application for precautionary measures against creditors

The company Varvaresos announced that it submitted the application from 01.02.2022 and with filing number 55 / TF / 2022 to take precautionary measures under article 53 L. 4738/2020 before the Single Member Court of First Instance of Veria, which was published in the electronic solvency register of article 84 N . 2022 and no later than four months after the issuance of preventive protection measures.

According to the announcement, the above-mentioned precautionary protection of the company will ensure its assets against aggressive actions of its creditors and will ensure the balance in its cash flows, so that it continues to operate and continue production and not its budget is threatened by unpredictable upheavals. Also, the requested precautionary measures will ensure the smooth operation of the company and its payments to the State, insurance companies, employees and its creditors in general.
