At dinner at the “Club del Doge” restaurant, you are indignant at having received the “courtesy menu” from the waiter, which assumes that the man must pay the bill. Chatfield, on Instagram, he cried out for sexism. “But do you think?” She went into her fury, implying that, in reality, she is the one who pays. “I am the breadwinner (it is a term to indicate “who brings home the loaf”) “. And again: “Patriarchy strikes again!”. Attacked by “a lot of angry Italians” who replied to “take education lessons”, through her stories she replied: “Guys, admit it’s sexism.”

The restaurant collected the accusations and apologized: “We are sorry to have created inconvenience to a guest,” he said. And he promises: «We will take advantage of our mistake to improve ourselves. We will now ask all customers which card they prefer“.

The controversy, however, is not new. In my premises there is no courtesy menu but if there were, it would certainly not be presented to the woman: it is right that she is very clear on the often very high amount that her companion will pay to spend that evening ».
