Video is partner of the Festival delle Lettere, the first and most important Italian event dedicated to epistolary writing. Born in 2005, he has the dual objective of rediscovering and enhancing the art of handwritten letter in an era dominated by digital communication.
This year’s theme is “Letter to a woman” To give voice to stories of women who have marked our life or who, through letters, tell their unique experience. The invitation to participate in the national competition is open to all people, of all ages and origins. Just send a letter that reflects the proposed theme. The most significant ones will be publicly read by actors and artists, and rewarded during the final ceremony.
This year the Festival dedicates a special category out of competition to Letter V In honor of Videmina, which has been close to women for over 40 years by offering innovative solutions to improve female intimate well -being. Letter V is not only a tribute to the name Videmina, but also a symbol full of meanings for all women: V as life, victories, value, voice, truth, proximity, variety, vision, vices, will … Each participant will be invited to write a letter that reflects one or more of these concepts, paying homage to the strength and beauty of the female figure.
The final award ceremony will be held on June 21 at Casa Schuster, in Milan, and will see the participation of Dr. Vittoria Ganassini, who will reward the winner of letter V and the reference pharmacy where the author has discovered the initiative.
The entire edition of the Festival will take place From 23 June to 31 July 2025 At the vapor factory, with a series of unmissable events: readings, exhibitions, workshops, meetings with authors, and much more.
