Business administrator Erwin Goering Junior, commercial director of a construction company in São Paulo, was caught on a security camera assaulting his wife in front of their daughter, a 3-year-old autistic girl. The incident took place in the capital of São Paulo on July 24.

While attacking the woman, Erwin says that the woman “made his life hell” and tells her to leave the apartment.
The victim’s lawyer, Reinalds Klemps Martins Bezerra, says that the administrator does not accept his daughter’s autism diagnosis and has even requested a DNA test to prove paternity.

In addition to the autistic child, the couple has two other children, aged 17 and 14. According to the lawyer, the couple is in the process of getting a divorce and the woman has obtained a preventive measure against Erwin.
The São Paulo Public Security Secretariat informed the CNN that the case is being investigated by the 2nd Women’s Defense Department and that the police issued a subpoena to question the perpetrator and analyze videos of the incident.

According to the administrator’s defense, there is also an ongoing process in which the woman is accused of assaulting her husband. The assault allegedly occurred at the beginning of February this year.
