Two men tried to steal a selective garbage collection truck that was stopped at a traffic light in Rio de Janeiro. The case occurred last Monday (1st).
In the images, taken by witnesses, you can see one of the suspects inside the urban cleaning company truck trying to lift a refrigerator. The other stays outside to help his partner.
In the video you can see that they even put up a ladder to try to commit theft. However, the light changes and the pair leave without taking anything.

The incident was recorded in Benfica, in the north zone.
According to Comlurb, the vehicle was on a selective collection route when it was the target of an attempted theft. Nothing was taken and the truck continued its normal routine. The case was not registered with the Civil Police.
