An online orders were kidnapped and held hostage during a robbery on the afternoon of Thursday (6) in the Caiçara neighborhood, northwest region of Belo Horizonte (MG). The 40 -year -old was forced to get in a car while one of the suspects took over the vehicle.
According to the Military Police, the crime began on Tietê Street, when the victim was approached by three men, one armed with a handcrafted submachine gun.
The criminals forced the delivery to enter the white car and took him hostage. See below:
The PM was called and started a persecution of the vehicles. The criminals tried to escape at high speed and collided with other vehicles.
The victim was rescued without injury.
Two suspects, 28 and 31, were arrested in the act for crimes of theft, extortion and tampering with vehicle identifier. According to the PM, the two prisoners have tickets for other crimes.
The third suspect, 35, managed to escape and remains at large.
Police seized a submachine gun, ammunition, cell phones and both vehicles. One of the cars used by the criminals was stolen and was tampered with.
The Civil Police will follow the investigations to locate the third suspect.
