Jet Rescue Air Ambulance, headquartered in Mexico and licensed to operate in the United States, said his aircraft fell with four crew, a pediatric medical patient and the patient’s mother on board. “At this time we cannot confirm any survivors,” the company said in a statement.
State and local authorities said on Friday night they could not yet confirm how many people may have died on the ground after the plane hit an area of the city. Videos made by witnesses of the accident clearly showed parts of bodies spread across the streets and inside nearby houses.
The plane was going from Philadelphia to Springfield, Missouri, leaving the northeast airport of Philadelphia when the tragedy happened.

Witnesses reported that their homes trembled when the plane crashed. According to the Federal Aviation Administration, six people were aboard the aircraft.
