One large fire hit a business in Bom Retiro, in the central region of São Paulo, this Tuesday morning (17).
The flames started around 7:20 am, in an establishment located at Rua Ribeiro de Lima, 741. Images obtained by CNN show the fire with a lot of smoke coming out of the building. Watch below :
In total, nine fire teams responded to the incident. The Military Police were also called and mobilized “various vehicles” to support firefighters in fighting the flames.
The Fire Department reported that the incident ended around 11:45 am. There were no victims.
The site is under the care of Civil Defense and the police. There is still no information about what caused the fire.
