Part of the structure of a gas station marquee collapsed and hit a car in the Jacarepaguá region, in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro, in the early hours of this Saturday (28).
The station is on Rua Comandante Ruben Silva and the roof fell onto the gas pumps and a vehicle that was there at the time of the fall.

In the video taken by a driver, it is possible to see that the incident scared people who were passing by the scene.
The Jacarepaguá Fire Department was called at around 1:20 am this morning to the incident. The accident left no victims and, according to firefighters, the Municipal Civil Defense is still evaluating the location for a possible closure of the station.
THE CNN contacted Civil Defense for more details and is awaiting feedback.
