A man was filmed by depredating a Civil Police car of Pernambuco. The vehicle was parked in front of the District of Afogados, in the West Zone of Recife.
The act of vandalism occurred last Thursday (15) and was recorded in video and circulates on social networks. See below:
In the images, the suspect is apparently altered. He screams as he uses a piece of wood to break the glasses and mirrors of the official police vehicle.
According to witness information, the man resides in the vicinity of the police station. His mother would have attended the scene and stated that her son has an intellectual disability. The suspect was only approached by the agents when the vehicle had already damaged.
The Civil Police were sought but did not speak.
