A 26 -year -old, identified as João Gabriel dos Reis Santori, was shot dead last night (13) after an argument in a winery Located at Rua Bráulio Brito, in the Vila Formosa neighborhood, in the east of São Paulo.
The author of the shots, Lincoln Karteson Quirino Ferreira, 46, had a collector record, sports shooter and hunter (CAC).
According to information from the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP), the confusion began when Lincoln Karteson Quirino Ferreira, 46, bumped into João Gabriel. Moments after the initial discussion, the author withdrew from the cellar and returned armed, uttering threats.
He assaulted João Gabriel and then fired shots that also hit a 17 -year -old. Images made by other Adega clients recorded the moment of the crime.
In the video, it is possible to hear two women shouting with the shooter in an attempt to make him stop, but he ignored the appeals and continued to shoot the victim. The winery gate was also hit by several shots.
João Gabriel was rescued and sent to Benedicto Monte Negro Hospital, but could not resist his injuries and died. The injured teenager was taken to the Anália Franco Hospital, and his health was not disclosed.
Lincoln was arrested in the act at his residence, located near the crime scene. With it were seized cartridges, a firearm and a firearm simulacrum. The detainee’s wife confirmed to the police his record as CAC.
According to the Court, the arrest in the act was converted to preventive during a custody hearing held last Monday (14).
The case was registered as illegal possession of a firearm of allowed use and murder (consummated and tried) in the 69th Police District (Teotônio Vilela).
