A patient without clothes and in supposed psychiatric outbreak invaded the ceiling of the Santa Casa de São Paulo emergency room in the center of São Paulo, and caused damage to the water pipe. The case occurred last Thursday (21) and the space was flooded.
The Fire Department was triggered to the man’s rescue. See below:
In a statement, Santa Casa de São Paulo reported that the patient “accessed the lining of a central emergency room”. The institution confirmed that the structure partially gave way, causing damage to a hydraulic pipe.
Despite the incident, Santa Casa clarified that the patient has not been injured, is stable and awaits transfer. The institution says that “there was no damage to the care of the other patients.”
