The driver of the yellow Porsche, Igor Ferreira Sauceda, 27, who killed a motorcyclist in Interlagos in the early hours of yesterday (29), had chased a family on July 20, using the same vehicle, according to the victims’ defense.
The family, made up of Cleusa Souza and Erinaldo Joaquim dos Santos and their daughter, Beatriz Santos, was a partner of Igor, in the Beco do Espeto bar, according to the family’s legal representative, Daniel Biral.
Currently, Erinaldo and Cleusa own Luminus Bar, an establishment next to the suspect’s, opened in 2023. According to the lawyer, on the 20th, the couple and their daughter were leaving their property, while Igor was watching them to start the chase with his yellow Porsche.
According to reports, the owner of the luxury vehicle chased the family car for about 40 minutes, until the Interlagos region. The couple’s daughter filmed Igor’s maneuvers while her mother, Cleusa, drove. Watch below.
Lawyer Daniel Biral informed the CNN who presented a legal representation to the Civil Police at the 15th Police District, located in Itaim Bibi, this Monday (29), with evidence of Igor’s behavior and threats.
The family intends to contribute to the investigation into the death of motorcyclist Pedro Kaique Ventura Figueiredo, 21. “We want to help the justice system and show that this was not an isolated case. He had already been using his car as a weapon, in a violent manner,” the lawyer said.
The representative also said that the family that filmed the chase suffered constant death threats from Igor and his family.
The intimidation would be about an action, brought by them, to claim their share in the society of the bar, which is located in the Itaim Bibi neighborhood, in the south zone of São Paulo.
The process
In March of this year, the family that reported the threats filed a lawsuit against Igor Sauceda and his family for just over R$1.5 million. The partnership took place between 2017 and 2023.
According to the lawsuit, a space of approximately 50 m² was given to the establishment in exchange for a shareholding in the business of the Porsche driver’s father.
According to the petition, when the partner’s children became part of the company, Erinaldo stopped receiving his share of the agreement, which would be equivalent to R$11,000 per month.
The case is ongoing in the São Paulo courts and there has been no ruling yet.
Remember the case of this Monday (29)
