Three motorcyclists were arrested in the act on the afternoon of last Sunday (4), after being caught practicing a crack on BR-222 in Caucaia (CE). The action took place around 4 pm, at km 15, and also resulted in the removal of seven motorcycles.
According to the Federal Highway Police (PRF), the motorcyclists performed dangerous maneuvers, and one of them even riding the bike, an illegal practice known as “Superman”.
Upon receiving a stop order, the suspects fled and driving risky, driving in zigzag, against and shoulder, as well as forcing passage and putting other drivers at risk.
During the escape, PRF’s PR-FKG helicopter (AW119) fly over the region and assisted in the monitoring and identification of suspects, collaborating with the teams on soil for capture.
The three were arrested and sent to the Civil Police Station of Caucaia. They will respond, in theory, for the crimes of participation in unauthorized competition on public roads, disobedience and criminal association.
