Tuta trafficker, leader of the Capital’s first command (CCP), was arrested in the act on May 16 while trying to renew a fake document with a false Brazilian identity.
The Bolivian newspaper El Deber ‘gave in to CNN the General Personal Identification Service Security Camera Circuit (SEGIP), that caught the criminal’s arrest.

After the approach, Tuta was taken by agents of Bolivia’s Special Crime Fighting Force (Felcc) and then identified as the CCP leader following an analysis of biometrics from the Federal Police of Brazil database.

Bolivian police major was arrested for protecting Tuta
One Major of a Bolivian police intelligence unit was arrested on the afternoon of Thursday (22), suspected of protecting the Tuta trafficker CCP leader arrested on May 16th.
The information was reported by the local newspaper ‘El Deber’, on the morning of Friday (23), and confirmed by CNN . Gabriel Jesús Soliz Heredia was arrested around 6 pm and is investigated for misappropriation crimes and public services function usurpation and abuse of influence. He had properties that did not correspond to his income.
Gabriel had an open arrest warrant as reported by the prosecutor of the Fiscal Department of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Alberto Zeballos Flores.
Tuta’s arrest revealed an alleged protection network that includes Bolivian police major and alleged bonds with a politician who was detained in prison – says ‘El Deber’.
